Maresia Vertical Unip Lda sends orders to all its customers in Portugal and Spain. Delivery times are indicative and are therefore considered valid when there is no physical or structural impediment (e.g. incorrect address or force majeure).

When an order has been sent, and if you are interested, send an e-mail to online@mapo.pt and you will receive a code so that you can locate your order on the website of the chosen means of transport. We would also like to inform you that you can track the status of your order in your “MY ACCOUNT”. If you have any difficulty locating your order, please contact Customer Service.

IMPORTANT NOTE: it is not possible to deliver to PO boxes.

FOR MAINLAND PORTUGAL AND ISLANDS

• Carrier: €4.00 (Free for purchases over €49.90)
• Delivery between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on working days to the address of your choice.

Delivered within 3-5 working days of confirmation of payment and if the item(s) are available.

TO SPAIN

• Courier: €10 (Free for purchases over €99)
• Delivery between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on working days to the address of your choice.

Delivered within 5-8 working days of confirmation of payment and if the item(s) are available.

RETURNING AN ORDER

When an order is returned to Maresia Vertical Unip Lda because it is the customer's responsibility to resend it, a fee of €5.50 + VAT for Portugal and €11.50 + VAT for Spain must be paid. This fee can be paid by ATM or bank transfer. Your order will be re-sent once proof of payment has been received.

RETURNS

VIA CARRIER ( FOR PORTUGAL AND SPAIN )

Orders will be exchanged/returned by a carrier. You should send an e-mail to online@mapo.pt indicating the date and address for collection of the item(s). The courier will make every effort to collect the item(s) on the date and at the address previously indicated (you will be accompanied by our services in this process).

Once the item has been received at our premises, we will process it within an average of one week (extended period for promotions/sales/Christmas or stock-outs). In the case of a return, the value of the postage will not be credited.

You will only be refunded the value of the items (subject to administrative costs - maximum €3.75), using the return method you have chosen or the same payment method (indicate IBAN if payment was made by bank transfer or ATM).

NOTE: for Spain there is an additional charge of €6.50 +VAT.
